个人简介
王娴博士现任清华大学五道口皇冠足球比分学院研究员，清华大学国家皇冠足球比分研究院副院长、清华大学五道口皇冠足球比分学院上市公司研究中心主任。在加入五道口皇冠足球比分学院之前，王娴担任中国证监会市场部副主任，负责证券交易监管，证券市场分析及系统性风险防范等工作。加入证监会之前，王娴在中国人民银行外资皇冠足球比分机构管理司从事外资非银行皇冠足球比分机构的监管。王娴于2004年毕业于中国社会科学院研究生院经济系，获得经济学博士学位。此前获得了清华大学经济学硕士学位和华中科技大学经济学学士学位。
王娴博士的研究领域包括皇冠足球比分市场和皇冠足球比分机构监管，系统性风险的监测与防范，对中国经济体制改革史也有一定的研究。王娴博士在中国的中央银行和皇冠足球比分监管机构工作多年，深度参与了中国多层次资本市场建设的全过程，有丰富的皇冠足球比分监管经验，对中国经济和皇冠足球比分的现状有较为深刻的认识。在《比较》、《皇冠足球比分研究》、《证券市场导报》等发表多篇学术论文，并撰写了大量研究报告。
